Solomon Thompson

CEO/Agile Coach/Trainer

Mr. Thompson has over 25 years of experience in Information Technology. He has a deep understanding of and experiences in facilitating Agile Transformation in highly regulated industries like Financial Institutions and the Federal Government.

As part of transformation activities, he has administered maturity assessments, training, and coaching at the Team, Program, and Portfolio level, including individual 1 on 1 coaching to the leaders at these levels. He is an expert at quickly establishing trust and helping organizations to create the team and communication constructs to enable a faster increase in business agility.

He brings to engagements a solid foundation in playing many crucial roles needed in product delivery. He was a system analyst, system architect, lead designer, lead developer, and project manager on numerous projects for IBM, using object-oriented development methodology for application development and Java and SmallTalk as an implementation language.

At Blue Collar Objects, a company he founded, he has performed the role of developer, architect, project manager, Agile Coach on behalf of clients and internal Blue Collar products and projects. Most recently he is Product Manager for BizzleSpace, a Product being used by Qatar's Ministry of Transport & Communications to support readiness for hosting the 2022 FIFA Games.

Brandon Raines

Over a career spanning 20 years, Brandon has been a developer, tester, project manager, architect, Certified Scrum master, Certified Scrum Practitioner and Certified Enterprise Coach.

Mr. Raines has helped teams mainly in the federal government as an Agile coach in their transition to Agile ranging in size from 10 people to 1500. Mr. Raines was first introduced to Agile through eXtreme Programming techniques. Since then, he has helped teams doing mission critical work in the U.S. Federal Government and commercial entities using Scrum, xP and Lean principles to work more effectively by focusing on work that provides the highest business value and continuously improving.

In addition to project teams, Brandon has been instrumental in helping these government agencies usher in the acceptance of Agile principles to such an extent that it is the preferred way of working for software projects and the enterprise. His passion is working with motivated people to achieve success.

Eric Sedor

Eric Sedor was one of the founders of and was the Chief Technology Officer of Blue Collar Objects. Eric is an Agile Coach using Agile Business Process Consulting techniques to create high performance remote agile teams both in business and IT, with partners and clients (at Blue Collar Objects). Eric spent 30 years at IBM, building systems, industry & strategy consulting, and selling complex concepts to Fortune 100 clients.

He joined Solomon Thompson to help transform Blue Collar Objects from a Software company providing services into a Fully Distributed workforce leveraging Agile techniques to drive accountability throughout the entire organization from building software to running operations. He was the Chief Architect of the BlueJean Time application cloud upon which millions of dollars of revenue has been derived from building Apps on behalf of large clients and which now provides a mobile app cloud platform for a wide array of small businesses to set up online private spaces to organize work and become high performance.
